One the top menu bar go to "Inventory" then click on "Transfers between Warehouses"

A new window opens up. Select the "From" warehouse and the "To" warehouse from the drop down menu. The "Request" and "Transfer" dates default to the current day's date. Select who made the request and who completed the request from the drop down menus. Select the part number you want to transfer from the drop down menu.
