Select the "search button" for the item you are looking for.

Under Ticket, PO and/or Quote search you can restrict the search to a specific customer, item "Prefix", Business Unit that the item is listed under, date the item was created and/or status of the item.

Under Part search you can restrict your results based on the Categories you set up earlier and/or by the "Type" of part you are looking for.
