On the icon bar select "Search".

This will open up the part search window. You can search by "Part Number" and/or "Description". In the example below I chose to search for "panasonic" using the description field. I want to find out what ticket I sold the CF-73 on. Right click on the part and then select "Part History".

A new window opens up. Now I can see the history of this part; when I ordered it, what P.O. number it was on, when I received it, and the ticket number I sold it on.
