From your "Quote Search" screen right click on the quote you wish to email and select "Create PDF" or "Email Quote".

A window will open asking what options you would like on your exported Quote.

If you selected "Create PDF" then your default email client will open with the <quotenumber>.pdf file attached. All you need to do is fill in the recipients email address.

If you selected "Create PDF" then a window will open where you can selected a place to save the PDF of your quote. The PDF will be named: <quotenumber>.pdf
