Export a Ticket

A quick and easy way to send your customers a completed ticket.

From your "Ticket Search" screen right click on the ticket you wish to export and select "Email Ticket" or "Create PDF".

A window opens asking you what options you would like to have on your exported ticket.

Next a dialog will pop up asking you if you would like to mark the ticket as being submitted to the customer. If the ticket is complete select "Yes", if not, select "No".

*Note: If you select "Yes", this will lock the ticket from being edited. You should only re-open if you are sure it is OK to revise the ticket. Click the check box beside "Submitted to Customer"

If you selected "Email Ticket" then your default email client will open with the <ticketnumber>.pdf file attached. All you need to do is fill in the recipients email address.

If you selected "Create PDF" then a save location window will appear your PDF will be named: <ticketnumber>.pdf.
