To create a new Quote, click on the  green "Quote" icon.

*Note: You can also create new quotes by clicking on "Quote" on the top menu bar and selecting "New Quote"

A new window opens up. Click the down arrow to bring up a list of prefixes and select your specific prefix.

Once you select your prefix, a new window opens up with your chosen prefix and a quote number that increments each time you create a new Quote.
