Create a New Ticket
Step by step instructions on how to create a new ticket.
To create a new ticket, click on the Ticket icon.

*Note: You can also create a new ticket by clicking on "Ticket" in the top menu bar then selecting "New Ticket".

A new window opens up. Click the down arrow to bring up a list of prefixes and select your specific prefix.
*Note: When creating a new ticket using DIM remote, the ticket will be opened with your prefix by default.

Once you select your prefix, a new window opens up with your prefix and a ticket number that increments each time you create a new ticket.
